55th Annual Blessing of the Fleet - Vendor & Sponsor Application

Description

The 55th Annual Blessing of the Fleet on the beautiful, historic Darien Waterfront is set for April 21-23, 2023. Enjoy music, arts, crafts, and food while celebrating the Darien, GA Historic and Beloved Shrimping Fleet! Festivities begin at 4:00 P.M Friday and conclude at 6:00 p.m. Sunday. Vendors are not required to stay through the full three days. However, their booth is required to be in place by 2PM on Friday and remain until closing hours Sunday. Vendor Hours: 4-10PM Friday 9-10PM Saturday 12-6PM Sunday

Pricing

Only 3 vendors per Goods/Crafts, Business & Non Profit category will be accepted, only 2 per Food Vendor Category.

***Application is not guaranteed accepted upon payment.  Application and payment are reviewed by a committee.  An application may be returned with a full refund if there are other vendors with those goods already accepted by the committee.  A rejected application will be returned before March 21st 2023, or one week if after this date. After March 21st 2023 no refunds will be authorized for accepted vendors.  

Food/Commercial/Children's Activities

$400.00  for each 15 x 15 Food/Commercial Vendor

$600.00  each for 15 x 22 Food/Commercial Vendor

$800 each for 15 x 30 Food/Commercial Vendor

$75.00 extra for electricity, includes (1) 110-volt outlet (bring your own extension cords)

$125 extra for electricity, includes (2) 110-volt outlets (bring your own extension cords)

$150.00 extra for electricity, includes (1) 220-volt outlet (bring your own extension cords)

$50.00 extra for water (if available and vendor must supply own hose)

 

Handmade Arts/Crafts

$225.00  for each 10 x 10 Goods/Crafts/Arts Vendor

$420.00 for 10 x 20 Goods/Crafts/Arts Vendor ($30 discount)

$630.00 for 10 x 30 Goods/Crafts/Arts Vendor ($45 discount)

$75.00 extra for electricity, includes (1) 110-volt outlet (bring your own extension cords)

$50.00 extra for electricity to plug in minimal usage item – only one thing at a time

(ex. fan or glue guns. Additional charges will be collected if usage exceeds described electricity above).

$50.00 extra for water (if available and vendor must supply own hose)
